1. Analyze your tastes and style preferences

All of our layouts begin with you as the core ingredient. We start with your tastes and couple them with how you like to live in your space—you alone drive the design process.

2. Analyze your floor plan

Our designers use your floorplan (which is required to be uploaded during on-boarding) to identify any opportunities and limitations dictated by your place.

3. Designer creates a layout

An initial layout is then created based solely on the dimensions of apartment, desired functions (e.g. work from home), and volume of furnishings needed for your lifestyle.

4. Designer selects items

After your layout is complete, a custom design (including all furnishings and home goods) is created to match your style and apartment; all items are selected from our local inventory.

5. Installation from Nickson team

On your move-in day, before you arrive, a team of install specialist will transform your apartment from an empty box into a fully-outfitted home designed just for you.
