How NICKSON waitlist works
Details
- Waitlist requests are only available for customers who have a confirmed reservation.
- Once notified, you have 24-hours to respond and accept.
- If multiple customers have requested the same preferred move-in date, we will notify the customers in the order from first to last based on when they were added to the waitlist.
If your lease starts before your Nickson move-in date, we’ve got you covered.
On your lease start date, we will deliver you a Nickson Survival Kit, which includes an air mattress and all other essentials needed to get you through.
Once you join the waitlist and checkout, we will schedule drop off of your Survival Kit.
What is in the Survival Kit?
